Basic Introduction:

Performance Features:

The main machine of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, resulting in strong shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom for more ideal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction with excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the kettle body can be moved freely, making operation very simple.

Usage Instructions:

First, use the 5L experimental machine for testing, and during the testing process, use testing instruments to inspect the quality of raw materials and experimental sealant. For high-grade silicone sealants, use a three-roll mill/twin-screw mixer to grind the base material, followed by Yuanshenghong 1100L/600L sealant production. During base material production and sealant making, apply vacuum (for defoaming and evacuation) and use a cooling water tower to circulate cold water for cooling. *Finally, use different packaging machines for filling (different packaging methods depending on the product, such as plastic bottle hard tube packaging, soft film packaging, and large barrel packaging).
