Performance Features:

The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, causing the material to undergo complex motion within the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle employs a special sealing structure that allows vacuum extraction, providing excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, and the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted while the cylinder itself can be freely moved, making operation very simple.
