The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing equipment with no dead spots, integrating dispersion, stirring, and mixing into one unit. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the axis of the kettle, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different rates, causing the material to undergo complex motion within the kettle and experience intense shearing and kneading. A mountain-shaped scraper, rotating around the kettle axis, scrapes off material adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle employs a special sealing structure that allows vacuum extraction, providing excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the kettle can be heated or cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, and the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted while the kettle body is freely movable, making operation very simple.
