Basic Introduction:

Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong silicone/MS sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion within the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction for effective degassing and bubble removal. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the cylinder body can be freely moved, making operation very simple.

Usage Instructions:

First, conduct experiments using the 5L experimental machine. During the experiments, use testing instruments to check the quality of raw materials and experimental sealants.
