Performance Features:

The main unit of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing device that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two rotate at high speeds around their own axes, creating complex motion of the materials inside the kettle, resulting in strong shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off materials adhering to the walls and bottom for optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction for effective degassing and bubble removal. The kettle jacket can be heated or cooled according to user needs.
