Boiler burner maintenance and upkeep

The RS series gas burners are the flagship products of RIELLO (RIELLO Burners), with an output range from 70 to 2290 KW. The models include: RS34/1, RS34MZ, RS44/1, RS44MZ, RS50, RS70, RS100, RS130, RS150, RS190, and other 10 specifications. Designed for use in hot water or superheated water boilers, hot air generators, steam boilers, or thermal oil heaters.

The regulation method is "single-stage" or smooth transition two-stage. The burner is equipped with a microelectronic controller that provides operational status and fault diagnosis. The use of forward-inclined fan blades and sound-absorbing materials at the fan inlet ensures minimal noise emissions.

Improvements in fan and burner head performance expand the application range of this burner and ensure combustion efficiency at various operating points.

Some design features of this burner model result in a more compact size, facilitating use and maintenance. Additional optional accessories ensure operational flexibility.
