TT8419 Hot Work Die Steel (Improved 1.2343)

                           TT8419 (ESR/VAR) High-End Premium Hot Work Tool Steel
TT8419 (ESR/VAR) is developed through composition optimization, atmosphere-protected electroslag remelting, and multi-directional forging based on 1.2343 and 8418. It combines the high impact toughness of 1.2343 with the red hardness and erosion resistance of 8418. It is particularly suitable for ultra-large die-casting modules under high thermal and mechanical stress, resolving the conflict between red hardness, erosion resistance, and toughness. It allows customers to select higher working hardness (<53HRC) without sacrificing toughness, and also offers high polishability.
