I. Characteristics
◆ Axial roof fan: Model BDWT, featuring high air volume and low noise. It can also be designed as a bidirectional reversible type upon user request, with equivalent performance in both forward and reverse operations.
◆ High efficiency and low noise: This fan series is developed using CAD software and multi-objective optimization design. The design has received national utility model patent certification and national outstanding patent awards. For models 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 2200, and 2400 mm, the same diameter with different speeds and angles is used to adjust air volume and pressure, meeting various operational needs and ensuring optimal system matching for energy savings and noise reduction.
◆ Lightweight, high strength, and corrosion-resistant: The fan impeller is made from different materials depending on the corrosiveness of the working air medium, including ARS (engineering plastic), FRP (fiberglass), and aluminum alloy. For high-pressure, high-speed centrifugal fans, the impeller surface is specially treated with zinc plating and plastic coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and reduced overall weight.
◆ Smooth operation and long service life: The fan features low inertia, high dynamic balance precision, and stable operation. All performance indicators meet internal company standards that exceed industry requirements, ensuring long-term stable operation.
◆ Wide applicability: The fan can be manufactured as explosion-proof or flame-retardant to meet specific requirements, making it suitable for applications involving aging resistance and the extraction of flammable or corrosive gases.
◆ Attractive appearance: The fan cap is made of fiberglass with an imported gel coat resin film, offering smooth curves, an elegant design, and high practicality.
◆ Applicable conditions: The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, and the gas should not contain excessive viscous substances. Dust content should be less than 100 mg/m³. For high-temperature applications, our factory provides high-temperature fan technology.
