Product Features
◆ The explosion-proof electric heater mainly consists of an explosion-proof control box and heating plates.
◆ The heating plates are formed by stamping and welding high-quality steel plates, through spot welding, sealed seam welding, flanging, and pressing, ensuring reliable sealing.
◆ The heating fins of the explosion-proof electric heater are filled with high thermal conductivity oil. Once the thermal oil is heated, it circulates convectively through internal channels, ensuring uniform and rapid heating.
◆ The heating tubes are installed at the bottom of the heating fins, with two sets of heating wires designed to allow three levels of power selection based on actual needs.
◆ The temperature of the heating fins is transmitted to the temperature control switch inside the explosion-proof chamber through high thermal conductivity materials. When the fin temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating tube automatically turns off, and when the temperature drops below the set level, the heating tube automatically turns back on.
◆ Precise temperature control design ensures that the fins do not overheat, eliminating potential risks during use.
◆ Equipped with a built-in tip-over switch. If the explosion-proof electric heater is accidentally knocked over during operation, the heating tube is automatically cut off to prevent dry firing.
◆ The gear selection switch, temperature control switch, power indicator, operation indicator, and tip-over switch are all installed inside the explosion-proof control box, ensuring safety and reliability.
◆ Excellent industrial design: the explosion-proof control box is compact and exquisitely designed, installed inside the panel. The overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing and resembles that of a common civilian product, making it particularly suitable for heating small spaces in explosive hazardous areas.
◆ The wiring connections of the heating tubes are treated with compound potting to meet the requirements for filling introduction in explosion-proof products.
◆ The explosion-proof electric heater comes with a pre-installed cable, allowing users to simply connect it to the corresponding junction box or terminal box for use.
