Introduction to Coal Mining Roadheader Picks:

Our company, Shandong Aide, produces hard rock picks specifically designed for harsh underground rock conditions. The picks use top domestic alloy brands, with alloy head sizes including 22, 25, 30, etc., specially designed for rock layers with a hardness of F10.

To prevent the alloy from falling off, our company applies a 3-5mm thick wear-resistant layer to the effective cutting part of the pick. The material used is wear-resistant welding powder imported from the United States. The hardness of the welded layer can reach HRC60 or higher, which is over 30% harder than standard picks. This process significantly enhances the pick's impact resistance and wear resistance.

The pick body is made of high-strength alloy steel, combined with a carbide tip and high-strength retaining spring, giving the product excellent strength and impact toughness;
