WT-305 Defoamer

1. Property and Uses
WT-305 is a special defoamer characterized by fast defoaming speed, long foam suppression time, and excellent stability, with high adaptability to different systems. Its main features are: (1) low dosage, high efficiency in defoaming and foam suppression; (2) Rapid and long-lasting foam control capability; (3) Efficient defoaming capability; (4) Highly adaptable and suitable for different aqueous phase systems, with resistance to acids and alkalis, high and low temperatures, and other properties; (5) Excellent dispersibility, convenient for use in water systems.
 In addition to excellent foam defoaming performance, WT-305 also has excellent foam suppression performance. Therefore, adding this product to unfoamed aqueous solutions can help prevent foam formation, and only a very small amount can achieve excellent foam suppression.
 The optimal dosage of WT-305 depends on factors such as the temperature of the foaming solution, the degree of foaming, foaming characteristics, and stirring. Generally, 10-100ppm WT-305 defoamer can be used. The recommended dosage is 30 ppm, but the optimal dosage should be adjusted according to the customer's process requirements to achieve the most economical and effective level. It can be widely applied to various types of wastewater treatment, cooling tower cooling water treatment, circulating water treatment, paper mill wastewater treatment, dye water treatment, chemical plant water treatment, pesticide water treatment, power plant desulfurization water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, urban sewage biological treatment systems, and chemical cleaning water treatment for defoaming and other defoaming applications.

3. How to Use
Specific usage instructions for WT-305: (1) Can be directly added to the liquid interface or diluted 1-10 times; already diluted and difficult to store for long periods; (2) The specific increase will be determined by on-site technical personnel based on actual conditions; (4) Adjust the amount according to different foaming systems, with the recommended range between several parts per thousand and parts ten thousand.

WT-305 is packaged in plastic drums, with 50kg, 25kg/drum, or customized according to customer requirements.

5. Safety and protection
WT-305 is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse immediately with plenty of water after contact
