1. Performance and Applications

It is suitable for desulfurization tower systems, providing an excellent antiscaling dispersant for preventing scaling on tower walls, cyclones, screen holes, and nozzles. It can also prevent system instability caused by desulfurization tower scaling and even economic losses caused by maintenance shutdowns.
2) Desulfurization tower scale inhibitors are highly adaptable to limestone desulfurization systems and are a high-performance scale inhibitor for limestone slurry from desulfurization towers. It is not only suitable for limestone slurry but also widely used in circulating cold water with high sulfate content and high hardness. It can also be added to GGH scale remover to enhance the descaling effect.

The limestone/stone wet flue gas desulfurization system processes vary among manufacturers, and the quality of limestone used varies. Therefore, the method and amount of desulfurization additives should be determined according to specific circumstances. Recommendation: When using, add water at the inlet of the circulation pump according to the hourly supplementary water amount. Generally, the desulfurization and scale inhibitor dosage is 100~200ppm.

Usually, plastic drums are used, with 25 kg per drum or determined according to customer requirements.
