Properties and uses

The scale inhibitor and dispersant for evaporator is composed of dendrimer polymer and dispersant. It is a special scale inhibitor and dispersant developed based on water body with high hardness, high alkalinity and high sulfate content. Distortion and other mechanisms serve to suppress the scaling of inorganic salt ions such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. It is widely used in systems with complex water quality such as wastewater concentration and seawater desalination. It maintains the normal operation of MVR , MED , MSF and other equipment, reduces the frequency of downtime and maintenance, improves production efficiency, and extends equipment life.

Usage

Add the medicament to the plastic dosing barrel (or box), or add water to dilute it, and use the metering pump to continuously add the medicament to the front of the evaporator equipment. The scale inhibitor and dispersant of the evaporator is added according to the flow rate of wastewater, and the dosage is generally 50-200mg/L. The specific dosage should be determined according to the water quality.

Package and Storage

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required.Storage for 24 months in room shady and dry place.
