1. Function and use
The scale inhibitor EN-607 is composed of various organophosphine acids, special surfactants, and synergists. It chelates Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ in water, inhibiting scale formation through lattice distortion; It has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and other substances in water. Mainly used to prevent and remove scale from formations and pipelines during oil extraction, preventing blockages caused by scaling. It features resistance to high temperatures, alkalis, and salt, stability under oil layer conditions, and low usage dosage.

Note: EN-607(I) tests calcium carbonate according to SY/T5673-1993 standard, with a scale inhibition rate greater than 80%; EN-607(II) tests calcium carbonate according to Q/SY 126-2007 standard, with a scale inhibition rate greater than 90

3. How to Use
Add the required chemicals daily into plastic dosing buckets (or boxes). For convenience, add water to dilute them and then add the chemicals continuously using a metering pump or via a regulating valve. The amount of scale inhibitor used is generally 10~50mg/L based on the water injection volume, with specific dosage determined according to water quality.

4. Packaging and Storage
Scale inhibitor EN-607 is packaged in plastic drums, 25KG/barrel, 200KG/barrel, or as per user requirements; Store in a cool, dry place with a shelf life of ten months.

5. Safety and protection
This product is corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
