1. Heavy metal pollution
Common heavy metal contamination includes: mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn), and others. Because heavy metals are usually not replaceable during industrial processing, excessive heavy metal ions in wastewater occur due to their toxicity. Once discharged beyond standards, they cannot be naturally decomposed and are strictly limited by the state.
2. Product features
The TMT series products are high-tech water treatment agents (organic sulfides) developed by our company based on the actual water quality conditions of heavy metal ion wastewater in China. This product can rapidly react at room temperature with various heavy metal ions in wastewater (mercury, lead, copper, cadmium, nickel, manganese, zinc, chromium, etc.) to form chelates that are insoluble in water and have good chemical stability, thereby capturing and removing heavy metals. It is an ideal substitute for imported similar products. The product has the following characteristics:

4. Instructions for using TMT series products
(1) First, test the heavy metal ion content in the wastewater, then determine the optimal dosage through simulated dosing tests in the wastewater.
(2) Before adding chemicals, the pH in the wastewater should be adjusted to between 7-9 for optimal effect. It works best under alkaline conditions.
(3) Determine the total daily discharge amount based on the amount of wastewater to be treated each day. Before dosing, dilute the measured chemicals in a dedicated dosing system to a concentration of 1-2%, then add the wastewater continuously or in batches, with a stirring time of about 5-10 minutes.
(4) Before separating the stirred heavy metal precipitate from water, it is generally left to stand for 10 minutes. Then, the heavy metal precipitate is filtered and pressed through a filter press. The heavy metal-containing filter cake is treated as non-leaching toxic waste and deeply buried. The filtered water can be discharged according to standards.
5. Packaging and storage
Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 25kg. This product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from acidic substances and oxidizers. Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is one year.
