WT-309 Phosphorus Removal Agent

1. Product Introduction
Phosphorus removal agents are specially developed for high-phosphorus content wastewater such as anodizing, chemical polishing cleaning, pre-coating treatment, phosphating, electroplating, and chemical plating. They solve the problem of large usage and incomplete phosphorus removal by other phosphorus removers. At the same time, optimizing the formulation helps regulate the pH of wastewater, improve coagulation efficiency, and reduce treatment costs.
Widely used in oilfields, chemical industry, dyeing and printing, and excessive phosphorus in urban comprehensive sewage.

3. Relationship Table of Dosage and Removal Rate (Total phosphorus in raw water at 10 PPM)

Summary: Considering the effluent pH standard, choosing 750ppm is best. Not only does phosphorus fall below the standard, but pH 7.5-8.5 is also within the standard range, so no acid readjustment is needed, and the effluent is clear and transparent.
4. How to Use
Dosing method: Can be prepared with a 10% solution before dosing, or added directly;
On-site use: can be added to the reaction tank process according to existing treatment processes;
Usage conditions: pH value usage range is 8-8.5.
