WT-306 High-Efficiency Decolorization Flocculant

This product is a quaternary ammonium salt-type cationic polymer that integrates multiple functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and COD degradation, specifically designed for colored wastewater treatment. 

Application fields

1. It is mainly used for decolorization treatment of high-color wastewater from dye factories, and is suitable for treating wastewater containing active, acidic, and disperse dyes. 

2. It can also be used to treat wastewater from industries such as textiles, dyeing, pigments, inks, and papermaking. 

3. This product can also be used as a reinforcing agent for papermaking, sizing agent, adhesive, and anionic waste catcher.

3. pH (30% aqueous solution): 2.5-5.0 

How to use

1. Dilute this product with 10-40 times the water, then add it directly to the water, stir for several minutes, then settle or air flotate to obtain the decolorized clear solution. 

2. The pH of the wastewater should first be adjusted to 6-10 

3. When the wastewater's color and COD are high, it can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed to reduce treatment costs. Whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined according to the experiment and treatment process. 

Storage and packaging 
This product is non-flammable and explosive. Store at room temperature and avoid direct exposure to direct sunlight. 
This product is packaged in plastic barrels, with each drum weighing 25 kilograms, 50 kilograms, etc.
