1, Property and Uses
▲ AK-800 is a blend of organophosphate acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor, and copper corrosion inhibitor, and is effective against calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and other substances in water
It has excellent chelating and dispersing effects and provides strong corrosion inhibition for carbon steel and copper;
▲ The AK-800 is mainly used for corrosion and scale prevention in circulating cooling water systems, such as in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical, and steel systems, offering excellent corrosion inhibition and strong scale resistance.

3. How to Use
▲ Add the daily required corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor AK-800 into a plastic dosing tank (or box);
▲ For convenience, after diluting with water, the agent can be continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e., the outlet of the sump tank) using a metering pump or a regulating valve;
▲ The dosing concentration is generally 10-30mg/L (based on the amount of water replenished).
4. Packaging and storage
※ The corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor AK-800 is packaged in plastic drums, weighing 25kg per barrel or determined according to user requirements;
※ Store in a cool place. The storage period is twelve months.
5. Safety and protection
AK-800 is mildly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
