1, Property and Uses
▲ Sealed water corrosion inhibitors are suitable for chilled water and hot water systems in sealed systems where ethylene glycol, methanol, ethanol, industrial water as refrigerants, etc. They can also be used for aqueous phase corrosion inhibition in antifreeze, tankers, and tanks to solve waterline corrosion problems, and are also suitable for central air conditioning chilled water systems.
▲ Mainly composed of organic corrosion inhibitors, dispersants, etc., it is currently one of the most widely used and high-performance corrosion inhibitors in sealed systems;
▲ Contains no chromates, colorless in water, reducing spots on metal materials. It offers excellent corrosion resistance for various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, and aluminum alloy;
▲ Ensures good heat transfer efficiency, reducing maintenance and operating costs;
▲ Liquid product addition and operation are very convenient;
▲ This product is suitable for sealed circulating water cooling systems with low system leakage.

3. How to Use
▲ Based on system water retention, a single application of 1500mg/L of water-locking corrosion inhibitor is applied at startup, and pre-film treatment is not required;
▲ During normal operation, based on the amount of supplementary cooling water, 1.3 times the amount added is calculated and added to the expansion tank;
▲ When used as a preservative in tankers or tanks, it should be used together with demulsifiers for optimal results.
4. Packaging and storage
※ Plastic drum packaging, 25KG per drum or depending on user requirements;
※ Store in a cool place, shelf life is ten months.
5. Safety protection
This product is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
