Property and Uses

The high-efficiency decolorization flocculant is a cationic polymer compound from the cyanoguanidine series, with multiple functions including decolorization, flocculation, and CODcr degradation. It is mainly used for treating wastewater from high-concentration, high-color dyes, dyeing, and intermediate processes, especially suitable for treating wastewater from reactive, acidic, and disperse dyes.
High-efficiency decolorization flocculants can be used to treat industrial wastewater in textiles, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, chemicals, and other industries, with a decolorization rate of over 95% and a CODcr removal rate of over 65%.

How to use

1. Dilute 10-40 times with water, then add directly to the water, stir for a few minutes, then settle or flotate to obtain a decolorized clear solution;
2. Adjusting the wastewater pH to 7-10 can improve treatment effectiveness;
3. When the wastewater's color and CODcr are high, it can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed to reduce treatment costs; Whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined according to the test and treatment process.

Packaging and storage

The high-efficiency decolorization flocculant is packaged in plastic barrels, weighing 25kg per barrel, or determined according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, shelf life twelve months. If this product appears layered or turns white during low-temperature storage, it does not affect its use. Mixing evenly before use does not affect its effectiveness.

Notes

High-efficiency decolorization flocculants are non-flammable and explosive items; storage temperatures should be 8-30°C, and avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
