Property and Uses

It is a specialized corrosion inhibitor for wastewater treatment with good polarity and high slow release rate.

How to use

1. The dosing amount within the oilfield station and on the pipeline is 40-60mg/L (raw liquid);
2. As an acid washing corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 2% (the original solution), which can achieve satisfactory results;
3. The specific dosage can be determined according to specific experimental conditions;
4. Metering pump for quantitative dosing, with no special requirements for the storage container.

Packaging and storage

Water-soluble pickling corrosion inhibitors are packaged in plastic barrels, with each drum weighing 25kg or 200kg, and can also be determined according to user requirements. Store indoors in a cool, ventilated place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, with a shelf life of ten months.

Notes

1. When stored below -15°C, water-soluble pickling corrosion inhibitors will freeze, but melting does not affect usability;
2. If there is any layering during storage, stir well before removing the material; this will not affect the usage effect;
3. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
