Property and Uses
MA-AA•Na dispersant is phosphorus-free, non-toxic, and pollution-free. It is an environmentally friendly chemical additive with excellent chelating and dispersing capabilities, strong color removal and stain resistance, and is commonly used as a detergent, dyeing additive, inorganic slurry, and water-based coating dispersant.
Has a significant dispersion effect in preparing low-viscosity, high-solids slurries.
When used as a detergent additive, MA-AA•Na has excellent calcium-magnesium chelation and calcium bicarbonate dispersion ability, which can enhance the cleaning performance of laundry detergents, improve their resistance to ash deposition and dirt re-deposition, improve laundry detergent processing technology, and combine well with inorganic detergents such as zeolite and layered silicon, providing good pH buffering ability. It can reduce skin irritation from detergents, improve slurry performance, increase slurry concentration, save energy and reduce consumption, increase the cleanliness and strength of laundry pellets, and decrease fine powder content.
Is used in textile dyeing processes such as desizing, boiling, bleaching, and dyeing, reducing the impact of metal ions in water on product quality, protecting H2O2 decomposition, and protecting fibers. Additionally, MA-AA•Na has excellent dispersing properties for printing pulps, industrial coatings, ceramic slurries, papermaking coatings, calcium carbonate powders, and can be used in textile auxiliaries such as bobbin yarn cleaning, chelating dispersants, foam-free soap detergents, and leveling dyes.

How to use
The recommended addition of MA-AA•Na in laundry detergent formulations is 1.0-2.0%, and when used as a coating dispersant, 0.5-1.0%. For chelating dispersants in other industries, the dosage can be determined based on testing.
Packaging and storage
MA-AA•Na is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum weighing 25kg, 250kg, or 1250kg (can be determined as needed; Solids are packaged in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene, each bag with a net weight of 25kg (can also be determined according to user requirements). Store in a cool, shaded indoor area with a shelf life of twelve months.
Safety protection
MA-AA•Na is a non-toxic and non-irritating substance, and does not harm plants or animals in an ecological environment. The product is neutral to mildly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, and try to avoid contact with skin or eyes. After contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
