Property and Uses
T-225 is an Acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, which effectively controls the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, especially calcium phosphate scale, and also has good dispersion performance against ferric oxide, sludge, clay, and oil scale.
AA/HPA copolymers can be used under alkaline conditions and have good miscibility with organophosphates, BTAs, etc., and are particularly effective in controlling zinc salt deposition and calcium phosphate precipitation.
(1) Mainly used as a scale inhibitor dispersant for various circulating cooling waters (especially water systems with high turbidity and dust pollution in the operating environment);
(2) Suitable for use in alkaline conditions and in circulating cooling water with high phosphates
(3) Acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer T-225 exhibits good scale inhibition and dispersion under higher temperature and alkaline conditions.

How to use
Normal usage dosage is 10-30mg/L, and can be combined with organophosphine to form fully organic (alkaline) formulations.
Packaging and storage
AA/HPA copolymers are typically packaged in plastic drums, with each drum weighing 25kg, 200kg, or determined according to user requirements; Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area with a shelf life of twelve months.
