Property and Uses
PBTCA•Na4 has low phosphorus content. Due to its structural characteristics of phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid, it has excellent scale and corrosion inhibition properties, superior to commonly used organophosphonic acids, especially at high temperatures in scale resistance, which greatly exceeds commonly used organophosphonic acids. It can improve zinc solubility, have good chlorine oxidation resistance, and good synergistic compounding. Solids are prone to moisture absorption.
PBTCA•Na4 is widely used in the formulation of high-efficiency anti-scaling and corrosion inhibitors, with excellent performance, and is also an excellent stabilizer for zinc salts.
PBTCA•Na4 is widely used in circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water injection systems for corrosion prevention and scale inhibition. It is especially suitable for blending with zinc salts and copolymers. It can be used in high-temperature, high-hard, high-alkali environments and applications requiring high concentration ratios, and can serve as a chelating agent and metal detergent in the washing industry.

How to use
PBTCA•Na4 is generally used in combination with zinc salts, copolymers, organophosphates, azoles, and other water treatment agents. If used alone, the dosage is 4-15 mg/L.
Packaging and storage
PBTCA•Na4 is packaged in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, each bag with a net weight of 25kg, which can also be determined according to user requirements. Store in a cool, shaded indoor area with a shelf life of twelve months
Safety protection
PBTCA•Na4 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
