1, Property and Uses
▲ Mainly targeted at reclaimed water quality, used to control scaling caused by precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and iron oxide, extending system cleaning cycles, extending membrane lifespan, and reducing costs;
▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range; under no acid addition, the maximum allowable LSI value is 3.0
▲ Does not aggregate with iron-aluminum oxides or silicon compounds to form insoluble substances;
▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes;
▲ Excellent solubility and stability;
▲ Effective for water supply pH values ranging from 5 to 10.
2, Technical index
| Item | Index |
| Appearance | A pale yellow transparent liquid |
| PH(1%) | 2.5±1.0 |
| Specific gravity (25°C g/cm3) | 1.10±0.05 |
3. Instructions for adding
Based on the water quality analysis report and system conditions, calculate an appropriate dosing concentration, generally 3–8 ppm, diluted 10 times with demineralized water.
4. Usage Instructions
▲ Chemicals are added before the security filter;
▲ Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump;
▲ When preparing the solution, stir thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;
▲ Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.
5 . Packaging and storage
※ Packaged in plastic drums, 25kg or 20kg plastic drums.
※ Physicochemical stability, store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.
6. Safety protection
Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water after contact.
