I. Performance and Applications

EZF-903 Evaporator Anti-Scaling Dispersant is composed of dendritic macromolecular polymers, dispersants, and other components. It is specifically developed for evaporators handling water with high hardness, high alkalinity, and high sulfate content. Through mechanisms such as threshold effect and lattice distortion, it prevents scaling of inorganic salt ions like calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate. This evaporator anti-scaling agent is widely used in complex water systems such as wastewater concentration and seawater desalination. It helps maintain the normal operation of equipment like MVR, MED, and MSF, reduces the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance, improves production efficiency, and extends the service life of the equipment.

III. Usage Instructions

Add the evaporator anti-scaling dispersant to a plastic dosing barrel (or tank). It can also be diluted with water and continuously injected into the front end of the evaporator equipment using a metering pump. The dosage is based on wastewater flow rate, typically 50-200 mg/L. The specific amount of evaporator anti-scaling agent should be determined according to water quality conditions.
