I. Performance and Applications

▲ The closed water corrosion inhibitor is suitable for use as a corrosion inhibitor in closed systems where glycol, methanol, ethanol, or industrial water serves as the coolant in chilled water and hot water systems. It can also be used as an aqueous phase corrosion inhibitor in antifreeze solutions, oil tankers, and oil storage tanks to address waterline corrosion issues. Additionally, it is suitable for central air conditioning chilled water systems.

▲ Primarily composed of organic corrosion inhibitors and dispersants, it is one of the most widely used and high-performance corrosion inhibitors in closed systems.

▲ Chromate-free and colorless in water, it reduces the occurrence of metal spotting and provides excellent corrosion inhibition for various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys.

▲ Ensures optimal heat transfer efficiency and reduces maintenance and operational costs.

▲ The liquid product is easy to add and handle.

▲ This product is suitable for closed-loop water cooling systems with minimal leakage.

III. Usage Instructions

▲ Based on the system's water holding capacity, add 1500 mg/L of the closed water corrosion inhibitor at startup without the need for pre-filming treatment.

▲ During normal operation, add 1.3 times the calculated dosage into the expansion tank based on the supplemental cooling water volume.

▲ When used as a corrosion inhibitor in oil tankers or storage tanks, it should be used in combination with demulsifiers for optimal results.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum or as per customer requirements.

※ Store in a cool place; shelf life is ten months.

V. Safety Precautions

This product is weakly alkaline. Use appropriate labor protection measures during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
