Exhaust gases are widely generated from the petroleum chemical industry, paint, coatings, surface treatment, lubricants, rubber, and other chemical industries. They are a major source of atmospheric environmental pollutants, among which volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions are gaseous pollutants that pose serious hazards to the environment and also affect the health of workers in the workplace. Due to their damaging effects on human health and the natural environment, the government has issued relevant laws and regulations to strictly control their treatment and emissions.

Common treatment technologies for organic waste gases include combustion, chemical oxidation, chemical absorption, adsorption, and biological methods.

Deodorant, with its synergistic components, offers strong and thorough adsorption capabilities, allowing it to adsorb multiple types of waste gases simultaneously. The treatment process is simple, and the cost is low. This product is easily soluble in water and alcohol and can be directly added to a spray tower for cyclic use.

The purification of waste gases by deodorant is a multifunctional and comprehensive process. In addition to general physical adsorption, it also involves chemical adsorption, catalytic action, and chemical reactions.

1. It can purify multiple types of waste gases simultaneously in a single treatment. For example, in many cases, pickling involves the use of mixed acids, such as in the electroplating industry for pickling, stripping, chemical polishing, surface passivation, and etching in the electronics industry. The multiple acid gases generated during these processes are difficult to purify to required standards with other single-stage purification methods.

2. High purification efficiency. The purification rate of the adsorption process can be designed according to user requirements, meaning its efficiency can be tailored to meet national and local environmental regulations.

3. The purification process is extremely convenient to operate. It can be directly added to a spray tower for cyclic use.

Product specifications and usage:

This product is used in conjunction with spray absorption towers. Add 1 kg to 10 kg of waste gas absorbent per ton of water for dilution. Adjust the specific dosage based on the concentration of the waste gas. When the adsorption effect decreases and fails to meet emission requirements, supplement with this product appropriately.

Packaging and storage:

Store this product in a cool, dry place, away from open flames. It is packaged in 25/200/1000L plastic drums.
