I. Performance and Applications

▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems, it prevents membrane scaling, improves water production and quality, and reduces operating costs.

II. ProductFeatures

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 2.8 without acid addition;

▲ Does not form insoluble precipitates with iron/aluminum oxides or silicon compounds;

▲ Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal contaminants, allowing an iron concentration of up to 8.0 mg/L on the feed side;

▲ Effectively inhibits silica polymerization and deposition, allowing SiO₂ concentration up to 290 mg/L on the concentrate side;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability, effective within a feedwater pH range of 5–10.

IV. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis and system conditions. The typical dosing concentration is 0.5–2 ppm. Dilute with desalinated water 20–80 times depending on the size of the dosing pump and tank.

V. Usage Method

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;
▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;
▲ Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;
▲ Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

※  Stable physicochemical properties, store in a cool place, shelf life of 2 years.

Use appropriate labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
