I. Performance and Applications

▲ ENK-110 is a high-efficiency liquid scale inhibition dispersant specifically developed for DTRO membranes as a dedicated antiscalant for landfill leachate;

▲This product not only controls the deposition of colloids and particulate matter but also inhibits the formation of inorganic scale;

▲Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron, aluminum, or their oxides;

▲Excellent solubility and stability;

▲ Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis reports and system conditions. The typical dosing concentration is 3—8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalinated water.

IV. Usage Method

▲ The chemical should be dosed before the security filter;

▲Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump;

▲ When preparing the chemical solution, stir thoroughly for 15—20 minutes;

▲Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

※   Packaged in plastic drums, 25kg or 20kg plastic drum packaging.

※   Physicochemical properties are stable; store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.

Pay attention to labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
