[Application Scope]

Heat transfer oil, as a thermal medium, has been widely adopted in heating and cooling systems for industrial processes. After prolonged use, the heat transfer oil in heating or cooling systems undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes, such as increased viscosity, carbon residue, acid value, etc., leading to the formation of significant fouling like coking and carbonization inside the system. This can impair the normal operation of the system to some extent, resulting in reduced flow rate and insufficient heating or cooling temperatures, thereby affecting the planned production of enterprises. HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner is used to remove oxidized oil deposits and medium-to-high temperature carbon deposits formed in various heat transfer oil furnaces using thermal oil as the medium. It is applicable to heat exchange equipment, pipelines, molds, etc., in industries such as petrochemicals, textile machinery, chemical fibers, plastics, and heating, where heat transfer oil furnaces are widely used.

HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner disrupts the molecular structure of various carbon deposits and oils through unique chemical actions, achieving rapid and thorough removal of heavy oil stains. It effectively cleans solidified or semi-solidified oil deposits formed on metal surfaces due to high-temperature oxidation of heat transfer oil, addresses the aging and inefficiency of heat transfer oil, improves heat transfer efficiency, reduces oil consumption, saves operational costs, prevents localized overheating of the furnace body and pipelines, and extends equipment service life. Specifically designed as a professional cleaning agent for removing oil stains, coke deposits, and carbonized scales that appear in systems after prolonged use of various brands of heat transfer oil as the thermal medium in different factories. Through strong penetration, stripping, and dissolving actions, it loosens and dissolves oil stains and other mineral deposits, suspending them in the cleaning solution for discharge. It also cleans away carbonized coking particles mixed within the oil stains, ensuring a descaling rate of over 90% with no corrosion or adverse effects on the equipment during cleaning.

[Usage Method]

Fill the system with HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner at 5~6% of the system's water (oil) capacity. Heat to 80~90°C and circulate for 5~8 hours for cleaning. Drain the waste liquid. For equipment with severe carbon deposits and scaling, a second cleaning is required: add an additional 7~9% of HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner, heat to 80~90°C, and continue cleaning for 8~10 hours before draining the waste liquid and rinsing thoroughly with clean water.

For thicker carbon deposits, appropriately increase the concentration of the cleaner and extend the cleaning time.

[Engineer's Recommendation]

HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner is a concentrated formula that may produce sediment during storage; shake or stir well before use. For equipment with severe carbonization, use a two-step cleaning process: first with low concentration, then with high concentration. For small pipelines, mold cavities, etc., with severe carbon deposits, pre-clean with a powerful heat transfer oil furnace cleaner (solvent-based) by soaking, then use HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaner for better results. When cleaning manually, wear protective goggles and rubber gloves to avoid splashing into the eyes.
