Acid Reverse Osmosis Membrane Scale Inhibitor (8x Concentrate) EN-150

I. Performance and Applications:
▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. Prevents membrane scaling, improves water production and quality, and reduces operating costs.

II. Product Features:

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range; maximum allowable LSI value of 2.8 without acid addition;

▲ Does not form insoluble precipitates with iron/aluminum oxides or silicon compounds;

▲ Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal contaminants; allows iron concentration up to 8.0 mg/L on the feed side;

▲ Effectively inhibits silica polymerization and deposition; silica (SiO₂) concentration in concentrate stream can reach 290 mg/L;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability; effective within feedwater pH range of 5–10.

IV. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis and system conditions. Typical dosing concentration is 0.5–2 ppm. Dilute with desalted water 20–80 times depending on the size of the dosing pump and chemical tank.

V. Usage Method

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;
▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;
▲ Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;
▲ Regularly clean the chemical tank to prevent bacterial growth.

VI. Packaging and Storage

※  Packaged in plastic drums, 27.55 kg or 25 kg/drum;

※  Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.

VII. Safety Precautions

Use appropriate labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
