I. Performance and Applications

▲ Suitable for closed systems using glycol, methanol, ethanol, or industrial water as refrigerants in chilled and hot water systems as a corrosion inhibitor. Also used as an aqueous phase corrosion inhibitor in antifreeze, oil tankers, and storage tanks to address waterline corrosion issues. Applicable for central air conditioning chilled water systems;

▲ Composed mainly of organic corrosion inhibitors and dispersants, it is one of the most widely used and high-performance corrosion inhibitors in closed systems;

▲ Chromate-free, colorless in water, reduces metal spotting. Provides excellent corrosion inhibition for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and other materials;

▲ Ensures good heat transfer efficiency, reducing maintenance and operational costs;

▲ Liquid product for easy addition and operation;

▲ Suitable for closed-loop cooling water systems with minimal leakage.

III. Usage

▲ Based on system water capacity, add 1500 mg/L of closed system corrosion inhibitor at startup. Pre-filming treatment is not required;

▲ During normal operation, add 1.3 times the calculated dosage based on makeup cooling water volume into the expansion tank;

▲ When used as a corrosion inhibitor in oil tankers or storage tanks, combine with demulsifiers for optimal results.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum or as per customer requirements;

※ Store in a cool place. Shelf life is ten months.

V. Safety Precautions

This product is weakly alkaline. Use appropriate labor protection during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
