I. Performance and Applications

▲  GL-010 High-Efficiency Descaling Agent is a compound of chemicals with chelating, cleaning, and dispersing effects;

▲  GL-010 High-Efficiency Descaling Agent has dual functions of cleaning and corrosion inhibition, offering advantages such as fast cleaning speed, excellent cleaning results, and low corrosion rates during application;

▲  GL-010 Descaling Agent primarily relies on chelation and dispersion to strip and disperse scale formed inside the boiler into the water. It causes minimal damage to the boiler body and accessories and will not result in over-cleaning due to excessive dosage or prolonged cleaning time. Unlike typical hydrochloric acid cleaning, it is not affected by harmful ions such as iron and copper in water, making it suitable for cleaning low to medium-pressure boilers.

III. Usage Method
The dosage of GL-010 Descaling Agent during cleaning depends on the boiler’s volume and the amount of scale. The general dosing concentration is 1-3% of the boiler’s volume.

※ GL-010 Descaling Agent is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg per drum or as per customer requirements;

※ Store in a cool place; shelf life is twelve months.
V. Safety and Protection
GL-010 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
