I. Performance and Applications
This product is formulated from organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, alkaline synergists, and other compounds. It exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition and scale prevention properties, with particularly outstanding temperature resistance. The agent is alkaline, with a pH value comparable to that of boiler water. It can be effectively applied for internal water treatment in low-pressure boilers, including hot water, steam, and locomotive boilers. It is also suitable for corrosion and scale inhibition in systems such as seawater desalination, distillation, and automobile radiators.

III. Usage Method
Add the agent to the boiler feed water at a ratio of 200g per ton of water. During use, ensure regular blowdown: once per hour for 5–10 seconds each time. If the boiler operates with existing scale, increase the dosage of the agent and perform blowdown more frequently. After 10–20 days of operation, shut down the boiler and manually remove dislodged scale to prevent clogging of pipelines, then resume normal operation. If possible, measure the boiler water concentration ratio and maintain it at around 10 times. Adjust other parameters in accordance with relevant labor department regulations (e.g., boiler water pH 10–12). The chemical dosing tank should be made of plastic; concrete tanks must be treated with anti-corrosion coatings to avoid erosion by the agent, which could increase water hardness.
The total hardness of boiler feed water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If hardness is too high, reduce it using the lime method or other methods; otherwise, the scale inhibition effect of the agent may be compromised.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg per drum or as per customer requirements. Store in a cool place with a shelf life of ten months.
V. Safety and Protection
This high-efficiency specialized boiler corrosion and scale inhibitor is alkaline. Observe labor protection measures during operation and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
