I. Performance and Applications

The oilfield gathering and transportation corrosion inhibitor is a non-ionic imidazoline derivative. This product is particularly suitable for high salinity, high temperature, and high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide environments in oilfield gathering and transportation and refining systems. It forms a protective film on metal surfaces, providing excellent corrosion protection for oilfield pipelines, equipment, and storage tanks, with good thermal stability and resistance to decomposition.

1) This product has good compatibility with other gathering and transportation chemicals, including demulsifiers, scale inhibitors, and biocides.

2) The product exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition performance, with field application effectiveness exceeding 90%.

3) It is especially suitable for high salinity, high temperature, and high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide crude oil gathering and transportation and refining systems.

4) It provides effective protection against corrosion caused by HCl, H2S, CO2, organic acids, SOX, and HCN; applicable to oil wells, gas wells, oil and gas gathering pipelines, and refinery equipment.

1) Optimal Concentration: Based on field-collected crude oil, the recommended dosing concentration is 30-100 mg/L.

2) Continuous Dosing: Apply directly at the optimized concentration.

IV. Packaging and Transportation

The product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net content of 200 kg per drum (or as per customer requirements). Ensure the packaging is well-sealed without any leakage. Handle with care during loading, unloading, and transportation; avoid impact to prevent leakage. Do not transport with strong oxidizers, explosives, food chemicals, or civilian items. The product has a shelf life of two years from the date of production.
