I. Performance and Applications

The oilfield gathering and transportation corrosion inhibitor is a non-ionic imidazoline derivative. This product is particularly suitable for high salinity, high temperature, and high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide oilfield gathering and transportation, as well as refining systems. It forms a protective film on metal surfaces, providing excellent corrosion protection for oilfield pipelines, equipment, and storage tanks. It also exhibits good thermal stability and is not easily decomposed.

1) This product has good compatibility with other gathering and transportation chemicals, including demulsifiers, scale inhibitors, and bactericides.

2) The product offers excellent corrosion inhibition performance, with field application effectiveness exceeding 90%.

3) It is especially suitable for high salinity, high temperature, and high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide crude oil gathering and transportation, as well as refining systems.

4) It provides effective protection against corrosion caused by HCl, H2S, CO2, organic acids, SOX, and HCN. It is applicable to oil wells, gas wells, oil and gas gathering pipelines, and refinery equipment.

III. Usage Instructions

1) Optimal Concentration: Collect crude oil on-site to determine the optimal dosing concentration. The recommended dosing concentration is 30-100 mg/L.

2) Continuous Dosing: Based on the optimal concentration determined, apply the product directly.

IV. Packaging and Transportation

The product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net content of 200 kg per drum (or as per customer requirements). The packaging must be well-sealed without any leakage. Handle with care during loading, unloading, and transportation to avoid impact and prevent leakage. Do not transport with strong oxidizers, flammable materials, food chemicals, or civilian goods. The product has a shelf life of two years from the date of production.
