(Electric Standard Broad Spectrum) Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-800

I. Performance and Applications

▲ AK-800 is compounded from organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitors, and copper corrosion inhibitors. It exhibits excellent chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc., in water, and provides good corrosion inhibition for carbon steel and copper;

▲ AK-800 is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems, such as those in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical, and steel industries. It offers effective corrosion inhibition and strong scale prevention.

II. Usage Method

▲ Add the daily required amount of Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-800 into a plastic dosing barrel (or tank);

▲ For convenience, it can be diluted with water and then continuously added at the inlet of the circulating pump (i.e., the outlet of the collection pool) using a dosing pump or by adjusting the valve;

▲ The dosing concentration is generally 10-30mg/L (based on the make-up water volume).

III. Packaging and Storage

※ Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-800 is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg/barrel or as required by the customer;

※Store in a cool place; shelf life is twelve months.

IV. Safety and Protection

Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-800 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
