I. Performance and Applications
KS-391 High-Efficiency Slime Stripping Agent is a compound of high-efficiency cationic surfactants, strong penetrants, and dispersants. It possesses broad-spectrum, high-efficiency bactericidal and algicidal capabilities, along with strong slime stripping and cleaning functions. KS-391 has good dispersibility and permeability, with strong penetration, low toxicity, and rapid action. It effectively decomposes and strips slime composed of sludge, oil residue, microbial and algal secretions, and other contaminants. Additionally, it softens and cleans aged scale on metal surfaces, provides corrosion inhibition, and improves heat exchange efficiency in equipment. KS-391 is non-corrosive to metals, rubber, plastics, etc., easily soluble in water, and unaffected by water hardness. Therefore, it is widely used in circulating water systems across various industries for slime stripping and cleaning. KS-391 can also serve as a bactericide, algicide, cleaning agent, and paper preservative in circulating water systems.

When used as a slime stripping agent, the dosage of KS-391 is calculated based on the system's water holding capacity, typically 100–200 ppm. For systems with heavy algal growth, the dosage may be increased appropriately to achieve rapid killing and stripping effects. After adding KS-391, if contaminants appear in the circulating water due to stripping, promptly remove floating matter to prevent secondary deposition. When used as a bactericide and algicide, the general dosage is 50–100 mg/L. KS-391 must not be mixed with anionic surfactants or chlorophenol-based agents.
IV. Packaging and Storage
KS-391 is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area. The shelf life is twelve months.

KS-391 High-Efficiency Slime Stripping Agent causes no significant skin irritation. During operation, observe labor protection measures and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
