I. Performance and Applications:
▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. Prevents membrane scaling, improves water production volume and quality, and reduces operating costs.

II. ProductFeatures:

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range; maximum allowable LSI is 2.8 without acid addition;

▲ Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron/aluminum oxides or silicon compounds;

▲ Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal pollutants; allowable iron concentration on the feed side can reach 8.0 mg/L;

▲ Effectively inhibits silica polymerization and deposition; SiO₂ concentration on the concentrate side can reach 290 mg/L;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability; effective within a feed water pH range of 5–10.

IV. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis and system conditions. The general dosing concentration is 0.5–2 ppm. Dilute with desalinated water 20–80 times, depending on the size of the dosing pump and chemical tank.

V. Usage Method

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;
▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;
▲ Stir the prepared chemical solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;
▲ Regularly clean the chemical tank to prevent bacterial growth.

※  Packaged in plastic drums, 27.55 kg or 25 kg/drum;

※  Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.

VII. Safety Precautions

Observe labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
