OFC-605 Oilfield Bactericide

I. Performance and Applications

1. This product is a broad-spectrum bactericide composed of cationic polymers, surfactants, and stabilizers. It is primarily used for oilfield water treatment and is specifically developed to target sulfate-reducing bacteria, iron bacteria, and saprophytic bacteria commonly found in oilfields. It effectively addresses the issue of drug resistance in sulfate-reducing bacteria. It exhibits excellent compatibility and significantly inhibits bacterial growth in oilfield water injection and oil production systems.

2. This product has good compatibility with other water treatment agents and features low toxicity and easy degradability.

III. Usage Method

Apply using shock dosing. The dosage of bactericide should be based on the volume of injected water, typically ranging from 50-200 mg/L.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packaged in plastic barrels, with net weights of 25 kg or 200 kg per barrel, or as specified by the customer;

※ Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area with a shelf life of one year.

※ Avoid exposure to direct sunlight during storage and transportation; store in a dry and well-ventilated place.

V. Safety and Protection

Oilfield bactericide is non-flammable, non-explosive, and has low corrosivity. However, labor protection measures should be taken during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
