I. Performance and Applications

1. This product is primarily composed of organic cationic polymers and inorganic salts. It is easily soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, exhibits good hydrolysis stability, has strong adaptability to pH changes, and is chlorine-resistant. By neutralizing the negative charges on clay surfaces, it forms a firm adsorbed film on clay mineral surfaces, preventing hydration, swelling, dispersion, and migration of clay minerals. It is resistant to water flushing, extends water injection cycles, and achieves good results in increasing oil production in oil wells and enhancing injection in water wells. This product has good compatibility with other fracturing fluids and acidizing fluids, and also possesses bactericidal and anti-clogging properties.

2. The product has stable performance, low usage concentration, and is convenient and simple for field application. It can be widely used for anti-swelling pretreatment in water injection, fracturing, or acidizing operations.

III. Usage Method

1. Conduct tests before use to determine the application method and dosage. This product remains stable during storage and is not subject to bacterial interference causing fermentation or degradation.

2. In operational fluids or injection water, add this product after other chemicals have been added and circulated, then circulate uniformly before use.

3. Adding this product during acidizing, fracturing, or water injection can effectively prevent clay hydration and swelling.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packed in plastic drums, with net weights of 25 kg, 200 kg, or as required by the customer;

※ Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area. Shelf life: one year.

V. Safety and Protection

This product is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
