【Application Scope】

Heat transfer oil, as a thermal medium, has been widely adopted in heating and cooling systems for industrial production. After prolonged use, thermal oil in heating or cooling systems undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes, such as increased viscosity, carbon residue, and acid value. Significant fouling like coking and carbonization accumulates inside the system, which can impair normal operation, reduce flow rates, and lead to insufficient heating or cooling temperatures—adversely affecting planned production schedules. HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaning Agent is designed to remove oxidized oil deposits and medium-to-high temperature carbon buildup formed in various heat transfer oil furnaces using thermal oil as the medium. It is suitable for heat exchange equipment, pipelines, and molds in industries such as petrochemicals, textile machinery, chemical fibers, plastics, and heating systems that widely employ heat transfer oil furnaces.

HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaning Agent disrupts the molecular structure of various carbon deposits and oils through unique chemical actions, enabling rapid and thorough removal of heavy oil fouling. It effectively cleans solidified or semi-solidified oil residues formed by high-temperature oxidation of heat transfer oil on metal surfaces, addresses aging and inefficiency of thermal oil, enhances heat transfer efficiency, reduces oil consumption, lowers operational costs, prevents localized overheating in furnaces and pipelines, and extends equipment service life. Specifically formulated as a professional配套 agent for removing oil scale, coke deposits, and carbonized fouling that develop in systems after prolonged use of various brands of heat transfer oil as thermal carriers. Through strong penetration,剥离, and dissolution, it loosens and dissolves oil scale and other mineral deposits, suspending them in the chemical solution for discharge. 【Usage Method】

Fill the system with HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaning Agent at 5~6% of the system's water (oil) capacity. Heat to 80~90°C and circulate for 5~8 hours. Drain the waste liquid. For equipment with severe carbon buildup and scaling, a second cleaning is required: add an additional 7~9% of HR-201, heat to 80~90°C, continue cleaning for 8~10 hours, then drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For thicker carbon deposits, appropriately increase the cleaning agent concentration and extend the cleaning time.

【Engineer Recommendations】

HR-201 Heat Transfer Oil System Cleaning Agent is a concentrated formula that may produce sediment during storage; shake or stir well before use. For equipment with severe carbonization, employ a two-step cleaning approach: first with low concentration, then high concentration. For small pipelines and mold cavities with heavy carbon deposits, pre-clean with a potent heat transfer oil furnace cleaner (solvent-based) via soaking, then use HR-201 for better results. Wear protective goggles and rubber gloves during manual cleaning to avoid splashing into eyes.
