ES-301 is a non-oxidizing biocide specifically designed for reverse osmosis systems. It possesses strong penetration capabilities against microbial cells and decomposes and destroys microbial cellular structures. It is highly effective in killing and inhibiting bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms in reverse osmosis equipment.

III. Usage Methods

Dosing methods for reverse osmosis membrane biocide: Continuous dosing and intermittent dosing.

1. Continuous dosing: During the operation of the reverse osmosis system, dose continuously via a metering pump. The typical dosing concentration is 3-8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalted water.

2. Intermittent dosing: During the operation of the reverse osmosis system, dose intermittently via a metering pump. Dose once every 5-7 days, each time for 30-60 minutes, at a concentration of 300-400 ppm.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packed in plastic drums, 25 kg or 20 kg per drum;

※ Physicochemically stable, store in a cool place, shelf life of 1 year.

V. Safety and Protection

ES-301 is corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
