1. Performance and Applications

Fly Ash Chelating Agent is an improved type of heavy metal chelating agent for fly ash. This product is an environmentally friendly chemical specifically designed for the stabilization treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash. It is developed based on the composition, morphological characteristics of fly ash, and the presence of heavy metals within it. Suitable for the characteristics of domestic waste incineration processes, it specifically addresses the current situation where incomplete waste sorting and complex composition result in high heavy metal content in fly ash. The agent is easy to use, cost-effective, and capable of completing chelation in a single step even in the presence of multiple heavy metal ions. The treated fly ash meets the national standard "GB16889-2008" and complies with landfill requirements. This series of agents shows particularly significant chelation effects on commonly超标 heavy metals such as lead and zinc.

3. Usage Method

General on-site treatment process:

(1) After fly ash collected from the flue gas purification system is sent to the ash silo, it is quantitatively conveyed to the mixer;

(2) Simultaneously, relative to the mass of fly ash being treated each time, input 25%~30% water (or landfill leachate), mix with the required amount of fly ash stabilizing chelating agent, and inject into the mixer;

(3) After brief stirring of fly ash, water (or landfill leachate), and the fly ash stabilizing chelating agent in the mixer, it can be discharged by opening the gate;

(4) The treated fly ash falls into the ton bag below and, after 24 hours of curing (subsequent reaction), can be transported to an ordinary municipal solid waste landfill.

Note: 1. Dosage to meet sanitary landfill standards:

(a) Without adding cement in the treatment process: the agent dosage is about 2%~5% of the fly ash mass.

(b) With cement added in the treatment process: the agent dosage can be increased accordingly.

2. Recommended dosage to meet hazardous waste landfill standards: the agent dosage can be appropriately reduced by about 50% based on the above (a) clause.

4. Packaging and Storage

Packaged in plastic drums, 1000Kg/drum or as per customer requirements;

Stable physicochemical properties, store in a cool, ventilated place with a shelf life of 12 months or more.

5. Safety Protection

This product is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
