I. Function and Application

1) OFC-607 Special Scale Inhibitor for Oilfield Reinjection Water is composed of multiple organic phosphonic acids, special surfactants, synergists, etc. It chelates Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ in water and inhibits scale formation through lattice distortion;

2) It has excellent chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc., in water. It is mainly used for scale inhibition and removal in formations and pipelines during oil extraction, preventing blockages caused by scaling;

3) OFC-607 Special Scale Inhibitor for Oilfield Reinjection Water features high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, salt tolerance, stability under reservoir conditions, and low dosage requirements.

II. Technical Specifications

Note: OFC-607 (I) tested according to SY/T5673-1993 standard, calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate greater than 80%

OFC-607 (II) tested according to Q/SY 126-2007 standard, calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate greater than 90%

III. Usage Method

Add the daily required amount of OFC-607 scale inhibitor into a plastic dosing barrel (or tank). For ease of use, it can be diluted with water and then continuously added using a metering pump or by adjusting a valve. The dosage is generally 10~50mg/L based on the injection water volume, with the specific amount determined according to water quality conditions.

IV. Packaging and Storage

OFC-607 scale inhibitor is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg/barrel, as determined by customer needs. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is ten months.

V. Safety and Protection

OFC-607 scale inhibitor is corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
