I. Performance and Applications

▲  ENK-107 is a specialized antiscalant for desalination membranes, also suitable for brackish water, high-salinity water, and other water qualities;

▲Effectively controls the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, and silicates, preventing membrane scaling;

▲Excellent solubility and stability;

▲ Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis reports and system conditions. The typical dosing concentration is 3–8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalinated water.

IV. Usage Methods

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;

▲Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;

▲ Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;

▲Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

V. Packaging and Storage

※   Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg or 20 kg per drum.

※   Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.

VI. Safety Precautions

Observe labor protection measures during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
