High-Salinity Water Special Membrane Antiscalant

I. Performance and Applications

▲  ENK-107 is a specialized antiscalant for high-salinity water, suitable for brackish water, high-salinity water, and other water qualities;

▲Effectively controls the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, and silicates, inhibiting membrane scaling;

▲Excellent solubility and stability;

▲Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III.Dosage Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosage concentration based on the water quality analysis report and system conditions. The general dosage concentration is 3–8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalted water.

IV. Usage Method

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;

▲Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump;

▲Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;

▲Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

V. Packaging and Storage

※   Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg or 20 kg plastic drum packaging.

※   Stable physicochemical properties, store in a cool place, shelf life of 2 years.

VI. Safety Precautions

Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
