I. Performance and Applications

1. This product is compounded from cationic corrosion inhibitors and corrosion inhibition synergists. It is primarily used in oilfield reinjection water treatment to prevent pipeline corrosion, avoid perforations in station pipelines, and protect metal containers and tanks. It is a specialized water treatment corrosion inhibitor with extremely high corrosion inhibition performance.

2. This product features high temperature resistance, high alkali resistance, salt tolerance, stability under reservoir conditions, and low dosage requirements, making it an ideal new variety of corrosion inhibitor.

III. Usage Method

Add the chemical to a plastic dosing barrel (or tank), which may also be diluted with water. Use a metering pump to continuously add the chemical. The dosage of the corrosion inhibitor is based on the injection water volume, typically 30-200mg/L. The specific dosage should be determined according to water quality conditions.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※ Packaged in plastic barrels, 200kg/barrel or as required by the customer;

※ Physicochemical properties are stable. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area. Shelf life is one year.

V. Safety and Protection

This product is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
