Performance and Applications

▲ Primarily targets water with high sulfate content, controlling sulfate levels up to 10,000ppm without scaling;

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 3.0 without acid addition;

▲ Does not coagulate with iron/aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble substances;

▲ Can be used for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability;

▲ Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III. Dosing Instructions

The required dosage should be calculated based on water quality analysis reports and system conditions to determine an appropriate amount. The general dosing concentration is 2–6 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalinated water.

IV. Usage Methods

▲ The chemical should be dosed before the security filter;

▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;

▲ Stir the prepared chemical solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;

▲ Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

V. Packaging and Storage

※   Packed in plastic drums, 25kg or 20kg;

※   Physicochemical properties are stable; store in a cool place with a shelf life of 2 years.

Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
